This drug employs RemeGen's advanced bridging technology to connect antibodies with cytotoxic agents. The composition of RC88 features MSLN-targeting antibodies, cleavable linkers, and small molecule cytotoxins, such as MMAE. Upon administration, RC88 attaches to MSLN-expressing tumor cells, promoting the internalization of the antibody-drug complex.
