PRV-3279 (also known as MGD 010) is a monoclonal antibody being developed by Provention Bio, a subsidiary of Sanofi, under a license from MacroGenics. It is designed for the treatment of autoimmune disorders, with a primary focus on systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), a chronic condition characterized by the overactivation of B cells and the production of autoantibodies.
