Wind power installed capacity in Turkey is expected to surpass 2.2 GW by end of 2012 according to research study “Turkey Wind Power Sector Outlook 2016” published by KuicK Research. Inclusion of renewable sources into overall energy matrix and government focus on development of wind power industry will fuel the overall installed capacity growth in future.

Turkish wind sector has been expanding gradually in recent years.
