DX126262 Drug Conjugates Trials

Release Date: 25-Jan-2025

DX126-262 is an ADC created by Hangzhou DAC Biotech, a Chinese biopharmaceutical firm. This drug comprises a recombinant humanized anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody, DX-CHO9 (IgG1), linked to Tub114, a potent cytotoxic agent, through a cysteine thiol linkage. The drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) of Tub114 to the antibody in DX126-262 averages around 3.5-3.8, enhancing the drug's delivery and effectiveness. Upon administration, DX126-262 specifically targets HER2-positive tumor cells, with the antibody component binding to HER2, facilitating internalization and the release of the cytotoxic payload, which disrupts tumor cell DNA and triggers cell death.
